As we continue to offer more and more features to customers, such as PYLON for Facebook Topic Data, we’re also investing to improve the experience building against our platform.

This means more useful and relevant content available to marketers, agencies and most importantly – developers. You’re already familiar with our main site, which provides high-level information about our platform and products. Tune into the blog to learn more about specific use cases for PYLON for Facebook Topic Data. Or dive straight into our developer site for documentation and code examples.

Improving developer experience is always at the forefront of our minds. We want to build a community of DataSift developers and inspire them to get the most from our products.

A first step towards these goals is the launch of our new community site.

The community site is the new home for our discussion forums. Here you can ask questions and start topics to be answered by our staff and other developers in the community. It’s also the best place to leave feedback and make suggestions to our team for product features you’d like to see.

Another role of the community site is to keep you better informed of platform changes and to build a community around our platform. For example, the Announcements category will be used to keep you up-to-date with platform changes, and soon we will hosting events for developers which will also be announced to the community.
